What the app collects
The AutoTurner app does not collect personal information, does not use analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not send your content to our servers.
The app saves app settings (for example, your viewer and gesture preferences) locally on your device so features work. We do not transmit these settings to our servers. You can reset them using Clear Settings or by uninstalling the app.
If you email us, we receive your email address and message so we can reply.
Camera & face‑gesture disclosure (TrueDepth, on‑device only)
If you enable face gestures, AutoTurner uses the front camera and, when available, TrueDepth/face‑tracking capabilities to read simple, real‑time movement signals for page turning.
- Used only to control page navigation and show brief on‑screen status (e.g., “face not detected”).
- No photos or videos are captured.
- We do not create, save, or upload depth maps, face meshes, or face geometry.
- Signals are processed on your device and are not stored after use.
- Not used for identification, authentication, advertising, marketing, or profiling.
- We do not share camera or TrueDepth/face‑tracking data with anyone (including Apple or third parties). No images, depth maps, face geometry, or related signals leave your device.
- You can turn the feature off in the app or revoke camera access in Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera.
How we share data

- Purchases: Trials and subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store. Apple processes billing and we do not receive your card details.
- Support: If you email us, your email and message are processed by our email provider so we can respond.
- Legal: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
Trials, subscriptions, and payments
AutoTurner offers a free trial followed by a monthly subscription sold through the Apple App Store. Apple handles billing, renewals, and refunds under its policies. We do not receive your payment card details. The app may contact Apple’s servers to confirm an active subscription. We do not transmit subscription receipts to our own servers.
Diagnostics (optional)
If you opt in to Share iPhone & Watch Analytics or use TestFlight, Apple may provide us anonymized crash logs and performance data so we can fix bugs. We don’t add identifiers or combine this with other information. This does not include camera or TrueDepth data.
Your choices
- Face gestures: Toggle in the app or revoke camera permission in iOS Settings.
- Reset local data: Use Clear Settings in the app or uninstall AutoTurner.

Data retention
- App settings: Stored locally until you clear them or uninstall the app.
- Camera/TrueDepth signals: Processed in real time; not stored.
- Support emails: Kept as long as reasonably necessary to handle your request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. We’ll update the effective date above. Continued use of AutoTurner after changes means you accept the revised policy.
